Well shake the bottle, then mix 10 to 20 ml of lotion ( add more depending on your hair ) with 100 to 200 ml of water.
For short hair, half of these quantities is will be enough.
Before applying the lotion, cleanse your hair with one of the FLOW COSMETICS' bar shampoo, rinse well and dry it with a towel. Apply the diluted lotion on hair, comb and rinse.
The lotion can be left a a conditioner or washed.
