RETOURS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u00a71 \u2013 RIGHT AND TIME LIMITS TO RETURN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the parcel containing the products ordered to exercise his\/her legal right of withdrawal without having to give reasons for his\/her decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a72 \u2013 RESULTS OF EXERCISING THE RIGHT TO RETURN ORDERED PRODUCTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.1 Products excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French\n French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for Orders exercised for Orders relating to :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The supply of goods which have been opened and unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;<\/li>
  • The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Consequently, the Purchaser is warned that he\/she will not be able to assert his\/her contractual right of withdrawal on products whose packaging has been opened or unsealed by the Purchaser and whose re- commercialization by MYGREENBRANDS would present risks for reasons of hygiene or health protection for consumers (e.g. products from MYGREENBRANDS). protection for consumers (e.g. care products, make-up, etc.). make-up products, etc.). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Furthermore, the Buyer will not be able to exercise his\/her contractual right of withdrawal on products that have been personalised at his\/her request, in particular through the services of the \u2018Atelier gravure\u2019. These provisions apply without prejudice to the guarantees set out in article 7 of these CGV, which remain fully applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2.2 Cons\u00e9quences de l\u2019exercice du droit de r\u00e9tractation l\u00e9gal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Si les produits peuvent faire l\u2019objet du droit de r\u00e9tractation l\u00e9gal, l\u2019Acheteur exer\u00e7ant son droit de r\u00e9tractation dans les conditions pr\u00e9vues au pr\u00e9sent article en termes de d\u00e9lai et de modalit\u00e9s de retour des produits, pourra obtenir :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • un avoir d\u2019un montant \u00e9gal au prix des produits retourn\u00e9s, utilisable uniquement sur le Site ou en boutique MYGREENBRANDS ;<\/li>
    • un remboursement des produits retourn\u00e9s.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Le remboursement interviendra dans un d\u00e9lai 60 jours \u00e0 compter de la r\u00e9ception des produits objets du droit de r\u00e9tractation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2.3 Frais<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article L221-21-3 du \nCode de la Consommation fran\u00e7ais, les frais de retour des produits \ndemeureront \u00e0 la charge de l\u2019Acheteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Dans le cas o\u00f9 le paiement a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \nen magasin, l\u2019Acheteur a la possibilit\u00e9 de se rendre en magasin pour \n\u00eatre rembours\u00e9 par le m\u00eame moyen de paiement que celui utilis\u00e9 pour sa \nCommande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Frais Les frais de retour demeureront \u00e0 \nla charge de l\u2019Acheteur ou du destinataire de la Commande si c\u2019est ce \ndernier qui exerce le droit de r\u00e9tractation contractuel, except\u00e9 en cas \nde retour pour cause de d\u00e9faut de conformit\u00e9 des produits livr\u00e9s par \nrapport \u00e0 la Commande ou en cas de produit endommag\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \u00a73 \u2013 RETURN CHARGES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      L\u2019Acheteur ou, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, le \ndestinataire de la Commande, doit informer MYGREENBRANDS de sa volont\u00e9 \nde se r\u00e9tracter de l\u2019une des mani\u00e8res suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Renvoyer les produits concern\u00e9s NON OUVERTS OU DESCELLES  au magasin AWESOME, 49 rue Saint-Georges 75009 Paris avec la facture et le r\u00e9c\u00e9piss\u00e9 de CB le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant<\/li>
      • Contacter le Service Clients de \nMYGREENBRANDS dans les 14 (quatorze) jours qui suivent la Commande et \nenvoyer la demande de r\u00e9traction \u00e0 l\u2019adresse suivante MYGREENBRANDS de \nSAS, 49 rue Saint-Georges Paris 75009 par courrier<\/li>
      • En cas de r\u00e9ception des produits \nau-del\u00e0 de ce d\u00e9lai de 14 jours, le droit de r\u00e9traction sera consid\u00e9r\u00e9 \ncomme avoir expir\u00e9 et la vente sera d\u00e9finitive (\u2019information de \nMYGREENBRANDS de la volont\u00e9 de l\u2019Acheteur de se r\u00e9tracter est r\u00e9put\u00e9 \nintervenir au moment de l\u2019envoi effectif des produits).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Aucun retour en Point Relais ne sera accept\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
