All orders, including taxes and any other mandatory charge, must be paid in Euro. An order of products generates the buyer\u2019s obligation to pay for such order. La commande sera consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme valide<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour retirer son colis en magasin, \nl\u2019Acheteur doit se rendre dans le magasin s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9, se munir d\u2019une \npi\u00e8ce d\u2019identit\u00e9 en cours de validit\u00e9 et du num\u00e9ro de la Commande \nfigurant sur son email de confirmation de Commande. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une tierce personne, mandat\u00e9e par \nl\u2019Acheteur, peut \u00e9galement venir r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer la Commande. Pour cela, cette\n personne doit \u00eatre munie imp\u00e9rativement de sa pi\u00e8ce d\u2019identit\u00e9, de la \npi\u00e8ce d\u2019identit\u00e9 du destinataire de la Commande ainsi que du num\u00e9ro de \nCommande. Au moment de la remise du colis, l\u2019Acheteur, la personne \nmandat\u00e9e par l\u2019Acheteur ou le destinataire de la Commande devra signer \nle bordereau de remise de la Commande. Ce bordereau vaut preuve de la \nlivraison par MYGREENBRANDS et r\u00e9ception par l\u2019Acheteur ou le \ndestinataire de la Commande des produits command\u00e9s. Les \nmodalit\u00e9s de livraison diff\u00e8rent donc d\u2019un pays \u00e0 l\u2019autre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, \u00e0 la livraison, un \nbordereau de distribution ou un accus\u00e9 de r\u00e9ception devra \u00eatre sign\u00e9 par\n l\u2019Acheteur ou le destinataire de la Commande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet accus\u00e9 de r\u00e9ception vaut preuve de \nla livraison par MYGREENBRANDS, et de la r\u00e9ception par l\u2019Acheteur ou le \ndestinataire de la Commande, des produits command\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque le colis n\u2019a pu \u00eatre livr\u00e9 en \ncas d\u2019absence de l\u2019Acheteur ou du destinataire de la Commande, \nl\u2019Acheteur ou le destinataire de la Commande re\u00e7oit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un avis\n de passage, lui permettant de retirer, pendant un d\u00e9lai sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 dans \nl\u2019avis, le colis au bureau de poste indiqu\u00e9 dans l\u2019avis de passage. \nCependant, les modalit\u00e9s de livraison variant d\u2019un pays \u00e0 l\u2019autre, \nl\u2019Acheteur est invit\u00e9 \u00e0 consulter r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement le suivi de son colis, \nvia le lien pr\u00e9sent dans le courrier \u00e9lectronique informant l\u2019Acheteur \nde l\u2019exp\u00e9dition de sa Commande, pour obtenir les informations relatives \u00e0\n la livraison de sa Commande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cas o\u00f9 le colis ne serait pas retir\u00e9 dans le&nbsp; d\u00e9lai sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9&nbsp; \u00e0\n compter de la r\u00e9ception de l\u2019avis de passage (ou \u00e0 d\u00e9faut de la \npremi\u00e8re tentative de livraison du service postal local), le colis sera \nretourn\u00e9 \u00e0 MYGREENBRANDS. La commande sera consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme ferme et \nd\u00e9finitive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aucune contestation relative \u00e0 la \nlivraison en elle-m\u00eame n\u2019est possible si le colis appara\u00eet comme ayant \n\u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9, le syst\u00e8me informatique (flashage) du service postal local \nfaisant foi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Livraison par UPS<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A VENIR <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la livraison, l\u2019Acheteur ou le \ndestinataire de la Commande est livr\u00e9 par le pr\u00e9pos\u00e9 de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 UPS \net signe \u00e9lectroniquement un accus\u00e9 de r\u00e9ception.
