C’est une cuisine v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, de saison, bio, color\u00e9e, joyeuse, savoureuse<\/strong> qui d\u00e9cline les l\u00e9gumes en beignets, en croustillant, \u00e0 la vapeur, r\u00f4tis, crus \u2026). Vous y trouverez des l\u00e9gumineuses, des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, du choux de Bruxelles, des betteraves, de la courge, des patates douces r\u00f4ties \u2026<\/strong> des bananes plantain et bien plus encore .. Le tout savamment m\u00e9lang\u00e9 pour un effet renversant.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

J\u2019ai (re)d\u00e9couvert la betterave et les choux de Bruxelles qui \u00e9taient loin de mon c\u0153ur \u2026Traumas d’enfance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sa grand-m\u00e8re, ses voyages autour de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e, (Iran, Moyen-Orient, Liban, Maghreb\u2026). Son mentor ?<\/strong> Yoram Ottolenghi<\/a><\/strong>, star de la cuisine l\u00e9gumi\u00e8re et color\u00e9e, chef audacieux et cr\u00e9atif, originaire de J\u00e9rusalem, vivant \u00e0 Londres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
