Le masque de pieds est composé d'une feuille doublée, c'est-à-dire que vous pouvez l'appliquer directement sur le pied nu puis la porter 10-30 min pour un maximum de bienfaits. Ils sont conçus pour une absorption maximale du sérum et de l'hygiène.

Etapes:
1. Commencez par déchirer les chaussons et placez-les sur vos pieds.
Ensuite, posez l'autocollant autour de votre cheville.

2. Massez le sérum dans vos pieds pour assurer un contact maximal avec la peau.

3. Enlevez-le et remettez vos chaussettes ou vos collants. Il n'est pas nécessaire de rincer après avoir porté le masque.
