This refreshing blend is carefully crafted with therapeutic oils of bergamot, lavender, linden, spearmint, sandalwood and rose absolute melted into a base of evening primrose, sweet almond and jojoba to help to eliminate toxins, calm sensitive and irritated skin and soothe nervous tension.

DIRECTIONS TO USE IT

Warm the bottle in your hands. Massage the oil into the skin, starting at the feet and moving toward the middle of the body, then onto the arms, shoulders, neck and ears.
Massage the limbs using long strokes as well as the joints, chest and core using circular movements clockwise. Spend 5-15 minutes on the massage, then prepare for bed or wait 20 minutes, to allow the powerful oils to be absorbed before finishing with a warm bath.
