DIRECTIONS TO USE IT

Mix 1 teaspoon of powder with a little water or hydrolat.

Apply to damp face, massaging gently.

Rinse with lukewarm water. → Use daily or as a mask 1 to 2 times/week. Apply the mixture to your face and gently massage in circular movements. Rinse off with lukewarm water. Use morning and evening, then apply an Ayurvedic facial oil. For optimum exfoliation, continue massaging the cleanser-water mixture until the herbs are completely dry. Brush gently and rinse with lukewarm water.

For red, irritated, inflamed or sunburned skin, mix the cleanser with milk instead of water for a soothing, calming effect.
